With a blade length of just over 3 inches (85mm), this nimble little knife is designed for those tasks where precision is preferred over speed. Ideal for cutting or peeling fruit or simply as a paring knife for somebody who prefers to work with a smaller blade with greater control.

The handle is gorgeous Bocote wood which I have stabilised for durability and moisture resistance, with red G10 fibreglass liners and copper pins, all highly finised, waxed and polished.
 
*Since the blade is made from carbon steel it is NOT stainless and will build up a beautiful and unique patina with use. This blue, grey and black colouring will protect the blade from rust as it builds and acts as a record of all the things it has been through (literally)!
