Carving knife in 26C3 high carbon steel for taking an extremely fine edge, with a rounded spine and choil and hammer texture left on the blade.
The handle is stabilised and dyed Karelian birch in purple and blues with dashes of orange, purple and white. The scales are not bookmatched but go together perfectly with the complementary orange G10 liner and black carbon fibre pins.
*Since the blade is made from carbon steel it is NOT stainless and will build up a beautiful and unique patina with use. This blue, grey and black colouring will protect the blade from rust as it builds and acts as a record of all the things it has been through (literally)!
