This is a new design carving knife which keeps its blade depth along most of its length, narrowing into a sharp point from the ridged k-tip.
It also features a new ergonomic handle shape which provides excellent grip and should suit many hand sizes.

The handle is made of natural Lilac wood which is extremely hard, with over double the Janka hardness rating of English Oak. It polishes well and has a nice smooth natural feel. It has been oiled and waxed for longevity. The handle has both carbon fibre pins at the front and back and a central mosaic pin to class it up a bit!
 
*Since the blade is made from carbon steel it is NOT stainless and will build up a beautiful and unique patina with use. This blue, grey and black colouring will protect the blade from rust as it builds and acts as a record of all the things it has been through (literally)!
